We are in operation since 2007 and provide services to property owners and tenants.

For property owners SANGAU provides property management services for your apartment/villa with or without rent management (BASIC / PREMIUM Plans). For rented property, you sign the rent agreement directly with the Tenant. Complete transparency is maintained in communication and financial transaction between Tenant and Owner. You get guaranteed 10months security deposit for every 11 month rent agreement and we assure timely rent payments from tenant.

For tenants SANGAU provides a ready to move in home of your choice with or without furnishing. SANGAU does not charge brokerage. There are no hidden costs for your tenancy. You pay rent and security deposit directly to the owner. For your maintenance needs you have a team to support you for FREE during your stay in a SANGAU managed property. Our robust processes and systems enable us to provide you with personalized service unlike any one in the industry.

SANGAU manages ONLY Apartment and compounded Villa/Row House. We do not manage individual houses.

For Property Management and Maintenance Services, the charges are as follows

  • One Time Registration Charges : Rs 3,000/-
  • Refundable Caution Deposit : Rs 2,000/- (For property maintenance purpose)
  • Service Charges Per Month: BASIC Plan – Apartment: Rs 850, Villa: Rs 1,250 (Service tax as applicable)
  • Service Charges Per Annum: PREMIUM Plan – 9% of the annual rent (Service tax as applicable)

SANGAU manages ONLY Apartment and compounded Villa/Row House. We do not manage individual houses.
