The inception of SANGAU stems from a personal challenge faced by our Founder & CEO, Binu Prakash. In 2005, while working abroad, Binu needed someone trustworthy to manage his property in Bangalore but found a lack of reliable services. Recognizing a broader need among property owners, especially NRIs, he established SANGAU in 2007 to offer professional property management solutions.

What We Do
SANGAU offers two primary service packages for property owners:
- BASIC Plan: Includes regular property inspections, preventive maintenance, and statutory payments.
- PREMIUM Plan: Encompasses all BASIC services plus rent management, which involves advertising the property for rental, finding suitable tenants, providing maintenance services during tenancy, conducting vacancy inspections, and settling security deposit payments.
For Property Owners who are not SANGAU clients a diverse set of SANGAU services are available to choose from for their property.
For tenants, we provide a wide range of properties to choose from, with zero brokerage fees, free documentation, and a dedicated maintenance support team to ensure a comfortable living experience.

While founding SANGAU in 2007, he played a pivotal role in driving ISO 9001 certifications and Business Improvement for esteemed organizations such as Philips Semiconductors, NXP Semiconductors, and Qatar Energy.
