Rental Management
For TENANTS our service provides a move-in ready facility applicable to the home of your choice, with or without furnishings. We do not charge brokerage fees and there are no hidden or add-on costs. When tenants pay their monthly rent and security deposit, we make sure that all is held securely with the owner and SANGAU guarantee timely payment of rent from the tenant.
Property maintenance needs are fully taken care of with an on-call support team who are skilled and fully trained in the art of home-care and handyman duties. We provide this invaluable service totally free of charge to all tenants during their stay in a SANGAU managed property. Our reputation speaks for itself, with us having thousands of delighted property owners and tenants throughout Bangalore.

Basic Plan
This plan is suitable for property owners that need someone to take care of the property but are not interested in renting it out to tenants. There are various reasons why an owner may require such a service; here are just a few:
a) The owner does not want to take the risk of having tenants in the property; he may have personal or valuable items that he is worried about getting damaged
b) Although the property is very expensive and luxurious, the rental income from the property is not sufficient to make the rental viable (eg, for a villa on the outskirts of Bangalore)
c) The owner resides outside of Bangalore and may frequently visit the city for official/personal reasons, so they prefer to stay in their own house

Premium Plan
This is a fully managed property service which takes care of all of the essentials of letting out the property to tenants.
