Scope of Environmental Management System
SANGAU provides end-to-end property management, rental management, maintenance, documentation, and interior
services for residential properties. The scope of the Environmental Management System (EMS) covers all
activities, services, and processes carried out at SANGAU’s operational premises in Bangalore and on managed
client properties, including:
- Property Maintenance and Repairs Ensuring environmentally responsible practices in
waste management, energy efficiency, and resource usage during maintenance activities.
- Tenant and Owner Services Promoting sustainable property use, energy conservation, and
water efficiency guidelines.
- Vendor and Contractor Engagement Selecting and managing service providers with
environmental performance considerations.
- Office Operations Managing office energy consumption, paper use reduction, waste
segregation, and eco-friendly procurement.
- Regulatory Compliance Meeting all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and
standards related to property management operations.
This scope applies to all SANGAU departments, staff, contractors, and subcontractors involved in service
delivery, whether at client sites or company offices. The EMS excludes activities outside SANGAU’s operational
control, such as property construction by third parties.
