Scope of Information Security Management System
The Information Security Management System (ISMS) of SANGAU covers the provision of property management services, including property rentals, property maintenance, property documentation, and property interiors, to residential property owners and tenants.
This scope includes all business processes, information assets, supporting IT systems, applications, and databases — both on-premises and cloud-hosted — used to deliver these services. It applies to SANGAU's Property Management System (SANGAU Online) developed in ASP.NET with a SQL database backend, integrated platforms including WhatsApp Business API (WATI), Google Workspace, and supporting automation tools, the collection, storage, processing, and transmission of personal, property, and financial data from clients, tenants, and partners, and all SANGAU personnel, contractors, and third-party service providers handling information on behalf of SANGAU.
The ISMS applies to SANGAU's primary office operations in Bangalore, India, and extends to remote-working arrangements where staff access corporate systems. The objective of the ISMS is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information while complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
