Scope of Anti-Bribery Management System
SANGAU provides end-to-end property management, rental, maintenance, documentation, and interior services for residential properties in Bangalore, India. The Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) applies to all activities, functions, and processes within the organization.
The ABMS encompasses the SANGAU office, employees, contractual staff, and authorized representatives, covering all operational locations and applicable third parties acting on behalf of the organization. This scope ensures that anti-bribery controls, due diligence procedures, and compliance monitoring are integrated into every stage of business operations, in alignment with ISO 37001:2016 requirements and relevant legal obligations in India.
